I have several months before I head out to my 22 acre lot. Im undecided on buying or renting heavy equipment. Are you selling the dirt, or just moving it elsewhere on your property? I looked into having topsoil delivered and its $500 for the delivery fee not included material. I will see if I can find soil closer once I get to the area.
@TimelineRanch10 күн бұрын
It will depend on how much heavy equipment work you are planning on doing. If you want to do a bunch, buying the equipment will be much cheaper. You could sell when complete and recoup, most of your cost for the equipment. As far as what I'm doing at my place, I use the dirt from the pond to make my road. All the higher elevations are solid rock, so my only choice is to cover it up with spoils from the pond.

For all PEX pipe and tubing, the maximum operating temperature is 200°F. No PEX should be operated at temperatures above 200°F for any length of time.
