You are my go to guy for running. Now in my 50s, your stretches and tips have been the best. I completed a half marathon yesterday. Started to feel my left hip flexor (has been bothering me the last couple of mos..was told IT band related) at Mile 5. Once I got home, went immediately to your page and was so excited to see this video! The stretches helped so much. Thank you!!!

Thanks for the video, Ash. I'm not in half-marathon training until January, but it's a great flow for early mornings and 10k runs, too. Added a down dog at the end so the cobra doesn't feel lonely and am ready to start the day now.

Well did last Sunday 15th December Pisa half 1.28 pb by 5mins. Then today 8days later did mdina to spinola m2sa race in Malta my country a 10miler race in 1.07 a Pb of 6mins. From last year... Needed this stretching thanks alot
