You are my go to guy for running. Now in my 50s, your stretches and tips have been the best. I completed a half marathon yesterday. Started to feel my left hip flexor (has been bothering me the last couple of mos..was told IT band related) at Mile 5. Once I got home, went immediately to your page and was so excited to see this video! The stretches helped so much. Thank you!!!

This couldn’t have come at a better time! I ran a half marathon today as part of my rehab and needed this stretch so much! It really helped and I genuinely appreciated the space it gave me to reset & relax both body and mind. A wonderful video 🥰

Did a hilly half on Saturday. Surprised myself with a 1:45. Not my best but after a broken up training block this was good for me. Really appreciate this perfect stretch session. Thanks Ash! 🤜🏼💥

Thank you for your videos, Ash. Just completed my first half marathon in New York City. It was very cold, but it was a good run. And the only post run videos I wanted to see after what I just put my body through are yours. 😊 As I hobbled through my door all I could hear was you saying, “don’t brutalize your body.”Lol.

Thanks for the video, Ash. I'm not in half-marathon training until January, but it's a great flow for early mornings and 10k runs, too. Added a down dog at the end so the cobra doesn't feel lonely and am ready to start the day now.

Thanks, Ash. Some new moves in that one. Only ran for an hour, rather than the 90 minutes planned, but that still felt good. Not tired like I was last time I commented on one of your videos, back to feeling fresh.

Well did last Sunday 15th December Pisa half 1.28 pb by 5mins. Then today 8days later did mdina to spinola m2sa race in Malta my country a 10miler race in 1.07 a Pb of 6mins. From last year... Needed this stretching thanks alot

I kind of cheated usinh this one after a hard tempo sessiom and needed a longer stretch also couldn't wait to try this one but,, it was superb, but thanks mate 👍
