Thanks you so much Ash for this video. I'm quite new to running and only recently started to do warm up and cooldown excersises. I came across your channel and haven't left 😊 I have some problems with my calves and sheen's while running and your video's have really helped. I also feel I can run better and longer. I only do 4x a week 15 minutes but I really feel the difference.
