Yeah, Kenner also made Robocop figures and that movie is definitely not meant for kids. Really wild.

@@2DayRentals Indeed it is. Same applies for The Terminator too in the 80's. My very first Alien toy was the Newborn Alien from Hasbro. Now I have the NECA figures. From NECA I also have the Kenner inspired Snake Alien. It's good to see the Kenner back in NECA.

NECA has really done a great job with their Terminator, Predator and Aliens lines over the years.

Oh hell yeah. Symphony of the night is great. I need to play through that one again. They’re games I can play through time and time again. I tell you one that gets lost is Castlevania Rebirth. It is a remake of the 1989 Game Boy title Castlevania: The Adventure and its not have bad. Same with Castlevania Chronicles. Lots of those FourHorsemen figures work well for Castlevania too.

@@2DayRentals never played rebirth, but Chronicles I do have and was super stoked to get an old school Castlevania back then after Symphony. I only wish we would have gotten the Dreamcast one that got scrapped

No way! That’s wild… it’s such a cool town. We definitely want to go back and spend more time and go to some movies at Cinema Salem. Harrison Comics may have been my favorite stop I could spend hours in there. Thanks for watching brother!

Thanks so much for stopping down! I’d say you’re on the right track…luckily there are 2 hotels in walking distance so you wouldn’t need a car unless you drove. Those hotels get booked quickly so I hear. The area where they have the convention now is really great because you wouldn’t have to leave for anything. There are tons of food and entertainment in between show hours. Even if you stayed in hotel that was a bit further away Uber or Lyft could get you there for the day and you wouldn’t have to go back to your hotel until later. Weekend passes are usually 85 bucks. VIP will cost you a bit more but, they sell out quick. The meet and greets will vary in price depending on who it is…but I’d say if you’re cautious with collectibles and didn’t have to rent a car a couple of thousand on the low end…I’m not sure what the hotels cost that in walking distance to the venue but, that would be ideal given the proximity and all that they area offers. Very cool. A true Frightmare Alumni. I had only started going once it moved to the DFW airport never got a chance to go to their first site. You’re right the VIPs sell out so fast. Bummer indeed. Yeah man, I’ve always been a fan of this one. You’re absolutely right. They had some potential with a game but really missed the mark. The Game Gear version is just okay…but really nothing special. Those figures are wild. I’m still waiting for someone to release some proper 1/12 scale figures from the movie. Thanks for checking it out brother!

Yeah it is a bummer because as you mentioned they have some good stuff, in fact first time I went to their store I found an Alien 3 Ripley NECA for 20 bucks still in packaging. Yeah I have to get working on my pickups video hoping to have it out by Friday.

I can’t disagree with you there, as cool as these figures are you definitely get what you pay for at 10 bucks. Dont get me wrong I’m glad we have options at a lower price point but, I do think certain figures would be better with a bit more detail and accessories…and yes more Sega figures please!! I hope they do restock these. There are a lot of people that are looking for them. It’s a shame you can’t order from their website too even the wal mart exclusive gi joe classifieds you could order from their website. Let’s hope they keep restocking and the figures sell well enough to make more!

Thanks so much. That’s exactly what I used. Even though the NECA figures are much larger the scale still works. I have also started using a company called Grid Iron Studios. They actually make pulse rifles in that same scale as well as the 1:18 scale. You can get them in different colors and I quite like their design. Thanks for watching!
