It’s normal, I did to but the more your body gets use to it the more it stops, if you want to stop you can , or if it gets really bad, you should! Don’t listen to me though I’m just a random kid on the internet.

Can you please give me a solution for wrist pain 😭 my wrists hurt when i do these exercises, so i need a solution which only you can give me sissy,i am a teenage girl who is desperately trying to get strong and fit and 100℅ healthy🥰. Idk why but I am not able to do elbow to floor (ik I should be able to 😅) but either my elbows hurt or my waist/back and when I am doing workouts while lying on the floor my neck hurts, I am trying to keep my back on the floor and breathe in and out during the workouts 🎉 wish me luck to complete the 2025 workout plan before the year ends. i absolutely love you and your videos i hope you make more, love you 💕😫

If you're a female, you don't need to worry about that. These workouts make your muscles stronger, but women cannot gain huge muscles with these workouts :)
