Which one do you do? I started with hourglass one and I can't really see visible changes but I'm gonna stick to it for a whole month and if the results will show (I HOPE SO) I'll continue it or change to another. So many good programs but I can only choose one :'cc

@elamela3449 Since I had just started exercising, I followed a yoga program in the first week to prepare my body. After my body got ready, I did a 'full body sculpting' program. Personally, I think the full body program was better for me. Besides this, I do 8 minutes of quick yoga every morning. Before I started exercising, I measured my body size, and after one month, I noticed a 4 cm reduction:) I hope I have helped you

What I mean by that is like wear a shirt and pants, I know it's a odd request but my religion is not too fond of girls working out wearing sport bras and shorts. @@LayanAlnourinstead of avoiding them it’s often you want to crave it more so when I normally crave sweet stuff I normally eat fruits or veggies first and if I feel satisfied I don’t eat it but if I want to I eat it :) also it’s okay to eat sweets once and awhile

I've been following the Full Body Sculpting Routine since a week after you posted this video (so a little over a month). I missed a week and a half due to holidays and vacation, but I am still seeing incredible results. I didn't think it was possible for my hip dips to shrink so much (because everyone says genetics), but they have definitely gone way down and are almost gone. I love your programs. Other exercise programs make me super hungry and throw off my diet, but not this one!

Hello, I have pcos, so I am not recommended to do cardio and high intensity stuff cause its bad for my insulin resistance. Would you please make a program that caters to it please. Regardless, your videos are lovely. Thank you!!

hi Hailey! I am currently doing the Chloe Ting program, but I do plan on doing your workouts once i finish chloes! i have a question however, how long does it take to start seeing results for each program? i also plan on running a mile or 2 each day, so im hoping for better results! my goal is to get shredded before summer, so i don't even have to do my hot girl summer lol. but yeah, thanks for much for the programs and im excited to do them!

Goal:to be healthier,be more active, and feel more confident ❤ Currently: 70 kg Target: 67 kg Calories consumed every day:1300 (its normal guys,I am in a 200 calories deficit) I will do the first workout week every week for 1 month! I will begin on the 6th of January and will probably end on the 5th/6th February! Let's see where this is taking me! Remind me after 1 month! When the first month passed and I achieved my goal,I will continue with the second workout week for 1 month! Wish me well :D ❤❤❤

Question: For the full body sculpting, most of the days have 3 workouts, are you saying we do all those 3 workouts on that same day or do we choose the one we want? Example: on Monday, am I supposed to do the walking cardio, upper body, and slim arms on the same day? Or do I just choose one to do?

It won't bulk you at all! The only way to get bulky legs is by doing a lot of weighted leg workouts. Protein will only help build the muscle faster, not bigger than intended.

My height is 5'1 inch my age is 23 my weight is 49kg and also i have health issues .....i have anaemia and also my heart is weak i feel unconscious breathing problem weak my hands and feets became cold😢also my periods delay sometimes😢.....i take medicines ........sis what should i do ?? I don’t know if it answers ur question but u can do workouts when ever u want u can do them 1-7 times a week it’s ur decision how often u doing it and u can do them in ur Oder .❤
