@@GomanaElshf3ey well, at any point on my upper body I lost 2 inches or about 5 cm, and I lost 1 inch or about 2.5 cm on my thigh, and 1 cm from my arms. If practiced more often I'm pretty sure someone could do at least 1 cm a lot quicker. I also do the arms workout and other general stretch and movements at least once a week for the past 13 days. This flat belly movement I think is effective. I felt it right after doing them, and used her mobility yoga to cool down and lengthen the areas I worked out. I feel more flexible or light? Like, when I started all of it I felt tired pretty quickly, but I saw that I can keep up a bit longer as the days go by. I had to pause on the progress to rest more than expected but the results kept on since I continue even after resting. I would say if it fits your needs, it's a useful one. I'm going to try doing it a full 14 days from the beginning to see if I can surpass my achievement the first time 💟🌼😌 Though, I'll likely take 1 day breaks so it should be 16 days to cover the rest days right? 😆🌼💟✨

To all the people out there, loosing motivation, trust me, I’ve seen results in 1.5 months (I did her just 5 min lower belly fat workout for 1 month) and this for maybe 1-2 weeks (or even lesser) I see difference (not too much but slight) and I’m so happy that I do! Consistency is really the key and I’m a calorie deficit for the last 2 months and I don’t do cardio, but I’m planning to as soon as my exams get over Good luck and don’t loose hope!~ Edit: ok guys it’s been like 3 weeks of me doing this and I feel change, my belly got flatter, tho(less bloated maybe)I have side fat (worst) I don’t really see changes in side fat but it’s alr!❤️

Guys, not kidding, seriously not kidding My height increased by 1 inches😭 I mean how- That’s impossible right? But guys, it did! It did! I started doing this workout like 1-2 weeks ago, idk but my height really did increased, I did diet and no cardio (diet means basically quitting junk) I don’t know if my height increased specifically because of this, but since the past 1year or maybe 6 months, my height didn’t increased at all! Bit late but if I ache the next day dose it mean it's working? I've just got on adhd meds and I lost 2 stone before I started this within 5 months and I'm still overweight I'm 15 so is a problem cause I'm 12 stone . I gained wait due to adhd and side effects

It’s a good side effect, it helps your muscles heal and adapt. Its usually a delayed muscle soreness, but it’s nothing to worry about unless its a sharp or long lasting pain

It's not as long as you feel okey after it ( you know no dizziness etc ). You should just know you're boundaries so you won't be to harsh on yourself
