The hori octa is an S tier controller, no more issues and diagonals work fine. I dont think I can play fighting games on anything else now. The octa got so much bad press at the beginning because of the firmware issue and yet it is one of the best fight pads ever.

I have De Quervain's on my left thumb, and I feel some pain while using the d-pad on my DualSense, especially when playing charge characters. I'm looking for a controller that requires the least amount of actuation force to press the directions on the d-pad. What would you recommend? I can buy from AliExpress, but some of the other brands like Hori and Victrix are kind of hard to find in my country. Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the video, but when i want to create a merge, there are no custom plugins to be found even tho i pointed the software to the correct pathways from mod organizer 2. Both softwares are located outside of the windows program folder. Anyone got an idea how to fix this? Thanks.

If you are even remotely competetive, a PS5 is the main option. PS5 only tournaments, Sony owns Evo (so you HAVE to use a PS5 if you went), and local tournaments almost exclusivly use PS5s. I love PC and play there mostly, but it wouldn't make sense to go with any other platform if you plan to compete.

The Xbox pad would be perfect if it had Hall triggers and sticks. Something one would expect at this price. That's why I still prefer the new Gamesir G7 HE. But then, I haven't played fighters after DoA6 died. Maybe VF in the future, so my priorities are sticks that don't start to drift after 3 months🥷

Got some recently. Could not be happier. Had Jabra Elite Sport 8 but they would wriggle loose on long runs. No issues with these. Sound quality is amazing - lots of options and you can use the equaliser to adjust the base. Highly recommended.😊👍

But...what about the lag that your display introduces? For a real test this should be done on a CRT or measure the display lag and deduct that number from the result.

How about if I want to replace MacOS Dock with WIndows taskbar? I recently got a Mac at work (not my choice) and seriously wanted to throw it out of the window and pull out my hair in frustration.
