I am loving the Moringa trees in my permaculture garden. They not only look beautiful, but are also a powerhouse of nutrition like no other plant.
The fresh leaves I incorporate daily in my meals and when I have to prune a tree or a branch falls off I make delicious noutricious Moringa leaf powder!!!
Freshly made moringa leaf powder is absolutely delicious and can not be compared to store bought powders.
The moringa tree is truely a miracle tree to grow in the garden. Every single part of the tree can be used and has many medicinal and healing properties.
I am in love with Moringa :)

Nice to see how you can use the leaves 🍃 and seeds of the moringa tree. I'm growing one from seed in a pot. It's now 2 m high but I have to keep it inside in winter. So it's good to know that you can cut the branches and grow new trees because the seeds that I have are very old by now.

Please can you send me Moringa seeds?! I’m desperate to grow them in Spain but all the seeds I buy I can’t get to germinate. Yours look five times the size of the ones I’m getting. 🙏 Happy to pay. You should have a seed shop 😃

Humidity is always too high where I live to air dry herbs. So I use an electric dehydrator. Some times I might be able to use a solar dehydrator.

Same here , the humidity is to high most times to make moringa powder and other dehydrated foods. A dehydrater is a good thing to have in our area.

Why don't you ever cook your food?
@MyFoodForest
@MyFoodForest 3 ай бұрын
because I feel the best eating raw living foods . By cooking we destroy most of the precious nutrients and enzymes that we need to thrive. And also it is much easier to prepare and eat raw foods. I was running a restaurant for many years and do not feel the need to cook anymore and make the food into something different that it is provided by nature.

I did not know that about Moringa seeds in relation to the sweetness. I will have to try. Also if you zest the seed pods when they are green they are like eating Wasabi. That’s why the tree is also known as the Horseradish tree. Thank you for this video, was amazing 🙏🙏🙏
