Until they legally make u stop, Thank you for making these. I’m 53 and disabled but I remember taking picnics at SanJacinto monument and the USS Texas when I was a kid. Just seeing’s her brings back memories. Don’t know why the visitation committee is having a cow over videos. There’s nothing like being there, going inside the ship. Which you go down but 2 decks cause of water damage and that was mid 70’s. I can give you the main reason, REVENUE LOSS! Worried they are gonna miss a dollar. If anything it’ll bring dollars, hell it’s free advertising! Again Thanks

My Brother lives in Victoria and had a pretty good seat for the show. Anyway, the Texas looks outstanding. I love the paint (really glad I didn't have to do it 😂).

Having lived through several close misses with hurricanes back in the 60’s and 70’s when I lived in Clearwater,Florida I sure wouldn’t live on the Texas coast. It has a bulls eye on it.

Why isn’t the battleship Texas care takers making weekly videos on its updates. It’s been a travesty that they have been ascent from KZbin. Just look at what NewJersey did, literally daily updates! What they becomes wrong with the Battleship Texas foundation! They are negligent

You talking about they closed the channell to ship traffic and that is a lie they only care about their money they never stop ship traffic and cared more about their money than my nephew life. Now we planning a funeral and his children have to grow up without their dad. They all went home to their families not my nephew. He just got back on the boat to from his break and he looses his life the 1st day back, due to negligence

I work on tow boats and I even once worked for the company that owns this tug...the ship channel absolutely gets closed for safety. more often than you think

not that company he didn't. I worked for then and they have a very good safety officer who does take his job serious. Any employees can call a work stop at any time if they are in a unsafe situation

Looking at the AIS data on this tragedy, seems the risk wasn't recognized by the overtaking tanker and procedures weren't followed. Assume NTSB will join the investigation. PS - RIP crew member.
