Just saying you will probably not go from ez scalpula shrugs to a full pull up for beginners do negatives after or if its to hard to a chin up grip and if thats too hard do inverted rows when you can do alot of negatives like 15 but you still cant do a full pull up add weight to the negative or do What i found helpful but idk What its called ill explain it (put your hands on the bar whit a pull up grip and have your feet on the ground and pull up until your feet leave the ground and Get your chin over the bar its a bit easier than the normal is ones but it works well and after like 5-10 reps you can probably do 1 normal pull up)

Should I activate scapula and engage core before getting into swing or during the swing (in movement) just before high pull? I get stucked with pull up looking like 1:26 in the video and I will try to work with your tips
