I think the explosive scap pullup is useful and will include as a regular exercise.

Just a quick question Do I have to do this all workout in a one go? I mean in a same day ?

Yes, eventually you have to do this in one go to get the best results for high pull ups. At the beginning you can lower the reps and sets

Great Video👏🏾💯 Cannot do chin ups, and struggle with scapula pull ups due to impingement. But i still TRY. Can do high pull ups but i will certainly try this method. And this is coming from a 44 year old geezer. Much respect and truly inspirational. 👏🏾👏🏾💯🙌🏽💥👊🏽💥🙌🏽
