@jeffschultz815419 күн бұрын
There is no way to know how often because it depends on how cold it is. Just look at your battery level and if it’s getting low, then you need to switch. Simple as that.

My friend was hit by a car while walking and we are 2 weeks post accident. He does not have this amount of family support. But many people are praying for him. He is still in a coma and undergoing surgery for his leg today and a clavicle fx repair in the near future. The nurses told me it would be a long recovery. Seeing what Ben went through has been so enlightening and hopeful. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful miracle. Would you please pray for my friend Gerry also? God is GOOD all the time!
@jeffschultz248524 күн бұрын
I'm so sorry about what happened to Gerry. So horribly sad! It is such good news to us that watching and hearing Ben's story has given you hope. Hope goes a long way toward having the will to continue the fight for recovery. Gerry has a true friend walking along side and also cheering Gerry on. We will pray for God to work mightily on Gerry's behalf. Thank you for your comment!

@@jeffschultz2485 Look into KETO. You need healthy FATS now more than ever. I do it- helped after my mTBI. Our brains are made up of about 60% fat, making it the fattiest organ in the body. Consider Wild Salmon, Pastured 5 min. boiled Eggs, Garlic/Onion (powerful healing compounds- not fats), Olive Oil, Cheese, Walnuts (never Almonds), etc. If you dairy, full fat- never 2%. Try not to mix carbs and high fats- you can read about the Randle Cycle. In brief, it's not a good practice. Be blessed my fellow head banging friend!

Hi my names Bryan, my girlfriend of 8 years and was planning to my wife next month has had a serious car accident and is in icu at the university of Tennessee hospital as of rt now. She had a brain injury that is one of the worst TBI . Me and her was so close and did everything as a team. It’s been 3 days now and I’m down here with her from the time they start visitation to end of visitation. I’m having to miss work to be with her. I’m not sure how I’m going to do this by myself and worry about paying bills and taking care of her. So if anyone can please help me some way to get through this just reach out to me . I guess through this message or I’ll give a email as long as you’re not a scammer. Everything I’m say and telling you is real and this is very serious. Thank you to whoever may care. God bless and please pray for Bryan and Connie.

Awesome video we’re going on a cruise to the top of Norway with a overnight stay in 😅Alta 🇳🇴 right into the Artic circle January I’ve started getting snow boots merino socks base layers and some wind stopper wool sweaters and ski pants for more heat lol my gear will be canon R and R6ii with ef 16-35 f2.8 mkii im looking at getting a prime was thinking the sigma 20 mm f1.4 art fingers crossed for clear skies for Alta but for the rest of the cruise the ship will be sailing at night so long exposures are going to be a tad difficult hence why I was thinking getting a prime for more light and less time if not the 20 mm which lens would you personally recommend solely for the aurora on the ship cheers
@JeffSchultzAlaskaPhotography3 ай бұрын
Glad you like the video. I hope it helps. Photographing the Aurora from a moving ship Will not be easy at all to get a sharp image. That's unfortunate. But the answer to your question is I would recommend the Canon 24 mm F1.4. It's not a very well-known fact but a wide angle lens such as a 16 mm F1.4 actually lets in less light than a less wide such as 24 mm F1.4. A 24mm or 35mm f/1.4 will let in more light (therefore you can use a shorter shutter speed) because the area of coverage is smaller. It's really only noticeable in the night sky photography. I hope that helps.

@@JeffSchultzAlaskaPhotography wow I’ve never heard that before cheers for that a couple of months ago I was comparing the canon 24 mm to the sigma 20 mm as well cheers

I am amazed at Ben's story, and the long difficult INCREDIBLE recovery. He has defied all odds, and being around him and his positive happy/demeanor does not add up given the circumstances. He worked his tail off to get to where he is now. However, he could not have done any of this without the support groups that started with the firemen/paramedics on the scene immediately after the accident, and the top medical staff(s) that guided him throughout the recovery process! All of that being said, the parents, Joan and Jeff, who were taken through a marathon meat grinder, are also true heroes here. They were challenged by 30 hours of work in every 24 hour day for months/years on end! Juggling Ben and his myriad of doctor's appointments and special needs, their daughter, Hanna, with her special needs, their careers (and heavy financial obligations that were increasing), sleep deprivation, relationship with each other, etc... They have truly climbed the mountain, seen the light, and I still can't believe how they got through all of it! I think that they incorporated some help from above, because that is the only thing that makes sense!

Battery lasted one week provided I kept it inside the pocket on my chest. For my condensation is not such a big deal as I havr weather sealed body and lens, but tip with the bag is great.

What an experience. Does that not effect a whale, when people bang on the side of a boat? A superb video.
@JeffSchultzAlaskaPhotography8 ай бұрын
That is the question I don't really know. But the only reason the capatin was banging on the side of the boat is because the whale literally rubbed up against our boat, and that would be dangerous for the whale and us. So I believe the cabin was trying to shoo the whale away by doing that.
