just a tip, i would be a little cautious about replacing the bottles of vitamins with the clear jars just because some are meant to be in the bottles they’re in because light exposure and UV could mess with the efficacy of the vitamins

Just discovered your channel. You did a great job with your organization and cleaning. It must feel so good now that it's done. If you ever decide you need more storage space in the kitchen, Ikea sells freestanding pantry cabinets. You could move the garbage can and plant down a couple of feet and add a lot more storage.

love your content! for your organizer with missing pieces: the box at 11:02 looks like it is only 4-tier and the top one is supposed to be a drawer, so you might be able to make it work! I don't think it is supposed to be a 5-level thing (that being said I don't know what the instructions show, just going off the box :))

You should try implementing, not fully, baby steps lol but a little minimalist, maybe it will help with your stress etc; kinda like what you said about you wearing the same shirt everyday. Steve Jobs type thing. It's really helped me a lot I'm not fully a minimalist but it helps nonetheless. Good luck and love your vids!
