Nice western AST. To save space, you could also plant a potted leafy small tree that over hangs the pond, as these turtles tend to hide under trees and tree roots overhanging the banks. I use the pickerel weed along the edges of my ponds and I love it

Maybe a breeding pair of Aldabra and Galapagos tortoises will do nicely. Sam Pascucci has a couple big ones for sale. They are expensive but I think will be perfect for you. They’re big, very personable and they will wonder around fine at your property. They will make an impression at the place among the beautiful nature
