I know it would take a lot of time, but removing the duckweed and adding some limestone boulders would really take the cycad boardwalk to the next level. Can’t wait for more videos in the future.

All aquatic turtles must eat in water, they can’t swallow on land. Even when Kenan feeds Marge she takes the food into the water to swallow. Also, those were Yellow Jackets not bees. They nest in the ground and are like hornets (they can keep stinging over and over and not die.)

Someday I will get over to FL and visit your nursery. I love plants and tropical fish. I sadly live in Central TX which sits on limestone rocks, so it is hard to have a garden because we have rock and not much dirt. I did change the side of my house off of the Master Suite into a butterfly garden where I have about 6 different Passion Vines on my fence and in trellis’ which over winter well and they come back from root. I also have a Meyer’s Lemon and a Persian Lime both in big pots so I can move them inside when it freezes. I planted some Esperanza in the ground. I added 2 pots of Red Mandevilla last year and brought them in this last winter. That worked well as they survived and are profuse bloomers. I love my butterfly garden and the lizards, butterflies, and birds love it too. I have bird baths and bird feeders all in my butterfly garden too. On one side are my big bedroom windows and on the other is my privacy fence which is covered in passion vines. I have hung hanging baskets full of begonias and airplane plants hanging on the fence. It is a nice small paradise that I love. Inside I have 6 aquariums ranging from small 5 gallons up to 40 gallons with my various tropical fish. One of my favorite fish is the Florida Flag Fish which is a killifish native to Florida. It would be a nice fish to add to your small outdoor ponds as it is a native and it only gets about 3 inches. It is a pretty colorful little fish that is also a great algae eater. I love your videos. I am always eager to see what you do and your progress.

You need to get that pond water moving a filtering system and maybe waterfalls etc it will help with the algae and breath some life into the water

most if not all a quartic turtles can only swallow in the water so they can grab stuff on land but they can't swallow it Unless they're in the water I don't know why that is but it's mostly true There are a few exceptions where I've seen aquatic turtles swallow on land but it's very rare to see that it's like one in a million in fact I only know of two turtles that have ever done that that I've known
