Not under bidenomics. Materials skyrocketed and labor is NOT cheap.. especially good quality labor. Keep wishing and hoping.

If I had a million dollars.. 🎶 And a spot of land in the middle of nowhere. I personally would roll tar paper out on those walls and cover it with pine tongue and groove. Plus you can always cut another window(s) in later. Very flexible living that can always be upgraded and changed as you grow and live in it.

Hello my favorite ITH trio Amanda,Ace, and Randy. That flat log woody stain is awesome! The gloss on it is beautiful, which will make cleaning easy peasy if ever needs a rinse. The RJO even though it's old door remnants is easy to make nice. I remember the one yall did one of the girls did the bathroom and could NOT tell there were fasteners or imperfections. Can even use stucco to hide them and smooth the walls. It's easy to DIY even without much imagination. ❤ One day I WILL get one of your homes! All I need is a bedroom and a living room with barn doors and a bathroom that doesn't open directly into the kitchen. That way I can close off my messy bedroom when company comes over lol because my bedroom will also be my craft room.❤❤❤ I've sooo many ideas for decorating.

I sit up here in JC, TN, watching all your videos. If it were possible, I could be down there in about 1 1/2 hrs. But, I'm supposed to move by family in another state because of health issues this next yr. I esp liked what Tim did in his house,and the guy weed wacking with all the beach decorations. So many are taking pride in their homes. They're so beautiful. Financially, the only way i could see moving to one of your lovely properties is to take over payments from someone moving out. Or have a designated lot arranged and ready to go after it's built. Keep all the great videos going, It helps me stay in the loop. Thanks, Shelly.

One idea, in the original panel homes is to put stucco flex on the outside and inside and put some backsplash in the kitchen to cover the walls. I would put a bright white stucco on the outside, with medium blue on the door, shutters, trim around the windows and a blue metal roof, which would give it a "Santorini Greece" look to it. That stucco flex smoothed out on the inside walls will make it look nice and give it a finished look to it. I would not mind a longer house, on a longer trailer and have a 4 ft porch over the door area. Also, would put a door with a full-size window with blinds built in, and a retractable screen door that you can get at Lowes. Another idea is to put LP Siding on the outside, and bee board or shiplap on the inside and would ceiling. Wallpaper is yet another way to doll it up inside.

@brandy262 ай бұрын
The side of the woody that has that "yellow" spot you're speaking of isn't yellow by fault of ITH. It's the reflection from the sun, time of shooting the video and angle of the sun, sunsetting etc. Watch again, Randy walks infront of it and you can see his shadow on it. It's sun related. 😊

Caulk with silicone and let it cure. Then come back and either use dry wall spackle to even out the surface and cover the screws, then paint or wallpaper it, OR use StucOFlex. No one will be able to tell what it used to look like, and you will have still saved a LOT of $$, and will continue to save thanks to the solar package!
@shirleywhite7082 ай бұрын
Randy, those who have been following you know how it is. But perhaps for 2 days you could show panel homes (3 homes x 2 days )) again, so that it will make an impact on how beautiful these homes can look with imagination, elbow greese and ingenuity.

Materials are NOT cheap and good labor isn't either. Those men building that structure need to eat and have a roof too. That business has to pay sky high bills/costs to keep that operation up and running to be able to continue to make that product. None of it is cheap in the least bit.
