Paul as I stated on numerous occasions you are the best prationeer and instructer of clubs. I underwent treatment for kidneys and heart. What gave strength and endurance was practicing club swinging and my Swedish Gymnastics exercises. And I had you to inspire me to continue on. I remember your struggles with cancer treatments and on. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for sharing your training methods and wisdom.🙏

I am so glad to hear that Indian Club swinging has helped the mobility of your shoulders. As a rule of thumb you should swing a one front circle, to one back or wrist circle, two max.

In the rest of Europe the Buława was a mace. An interesting story is that maces were employed by the clergy in warfare to avoid shedding blood by wielding a sword. The evidence for this is comes from the depiction of Bishop Odo of Bayeux wielding a club-like mace at the Battle of Hastings in the Bayeux Tapestry, the idea being that he was forbidden to shedding blood, but was permitted to bludgeon his opponents. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Odo_of_Bayeux
