Right at about 9:15 in your video where you show the front of the fender. I'm curious if what looks like a trim piece on the front of the fender where the head light bezel would come close to it. It would encase the sides of the grill sort of. Is that a seperate body piece? Can it be seperately removed from the fender?

Is the information still available for download and printing? I looked on the website and couldn’t find it.

How do you keep it square when adjusting the slider. I brought a used router and it does not come with anything. Newbie mistake and I did the same thing with a used table saw with no miter gauge

I think this is the winner for me. We're moving in the spring and I plan to build a new workbench for more hand tool work. I agree with you on these two points... "the huge front apron and angled leg vise of the Nicholson appeals to the functionality I have in mind--plus--everyone builds Roubos and I like to do things differently." Me too. I plan to use recycled 1" thick White Oak Pallet wood to make mine. Trying to save on cost and use a hardwood as well. It will take a little longer and It will require a lot of edge and face prep but it will be worth it. I'll be wishing I had a bench like this the entire time I'm building it. Lol. Great build and videos. Thanks for sharing.

I've had the thread rod for 6 years now. Finally getting around to making the shelves. Man I'm lazy! Took me forever to find your video again. I couldn't remember how you were spinning the nuts. Thank goodness I found you again.

Wow! What do you fab. To actually need that many different horrible chemicals? Where do you dispose all of that? Where did everything from this video get dumped? Have you ever looked into anything you were actually talked about? WOW! Research man! Research! Sorry to even say anything and I don’t even put videos out but watch and listen them before you publish.

Now that it's 5 years later, how's the cart working out for you now? Any issues with the casters? I'm going to build my own TIG/Plasma cart and I'm considering getting larger wheels because my current MIG cart with cheap wheels seems to get hung up on every tiny spec or pebble on the floor when I try to move it.
