10:00 - I keep getting a message reading "DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER". I'm pretty sure I did everything just like you did though.

Start all over again and use the same specs as I do (except set memory to 128 mb instead of the 8mb that I did by mistake). There must be something you did wrong as I've never encountered this issue. Make sure you are also not removing the MS-DOS boot disk. Also make sure the boot order is set right. In this video I used the Windows95b.img boot floppy so if you are not using that, then you should try using it: www.allbootdisks.com/download/95.html

I Loved finding every B00tlegg ISO of Longhorn I could on eMule, LimeWire, P-Bay. The Machines were Usually Pen 2's 450Mhz at best. But I always wanted to see what changed lol

Even though I was very young when Windows Vista was being developed, it hurt me to the core that they threw away all the work that was almost finished with this reboot of discarding Windows XP and better working with Windows Server 2003, but in the penultimate build they put everything back together and Windows 7 for me was the nirvana of Windows and user interface designs.

That's because it doesn't matter which date it is for example if you set the date to 7/30/2024, it will expire 365 days later. It works aslong as the timebomb isn't passed (sorry for my bad english)

No? I didn't forget about anything and was fully aware of what was out there when I made this video. I have my own set of criteria on this video. There are too many Windows 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 fakes so I didn't include them. I just included the most common ones. And also don't forget that this video was uploaded in August 2019 so a lot changes over a period of nearly 5 years.

Haha, had to laugh a bit when you tried to install all those highend very complex server components and then didn't expect that those components wanted to be configured in order to work like MSMQ and so had to go back ;)... Thanks however for a nice video about one of last beta versions where it still was called "NT 5.0" and not 2000 :)...

We all know that of course. The reason why it was added was because I saw multiple videos claiming to be real all sounds including them. Whether it is obviously fake or not is irrelevant to whether I include it. My criteria for adding something to this video was that it had to show up in at least two videos claiming to be all real sounds.

It sure can. Despite what I said in the description, BetaWiki.net actually recommends backwards compatibility with 8.x vs 9.x. I was using someone else's recommendation, but yes 8.x works and should work.

To be fair, I was too late in making this. By the time I uploaded this, 7 years have passed since the release of the program and superior virtualization software like VMware and Virtualbox were already completely taking over, so there was barely any interest in Microsoft Virtual PC 2007. Edit: Also at some point it seems Microsoft took down the downloads completely for it.

@@Sonicrush007 VPC was discontinued anyways, though i use windows 7 in my host (dualbooted with 10) JUST for the purpose of Virtual PC cause my VMware doesn't have free stretch and them black bars r annoying as hell.

@@nordic_editz VMware does actually support free stretch if you look under the "view" tab. Also feel lucky your PC can run Windows 7. Lol, my PC is so new that Windows 7 won't even boot when I tried every method out there to get it to work (my PC is two years old that I built with a 12900k, RTX 3070 Ti (which surprisingly has driver support for WIndows 7) and a motherboard with z690 chipset). I don't think my CPU is necessarily a problem as I saw someone get a 12th gen Intel working on Windows 7. I think it's my motherboard. So basically I just use Windows 7 in a VM to run older versions of VMware when needed (nested virtualization. Yeah performance ain't the best out there, but it's actually surprisingly decent and usable considering how powerful my CPU is).

Also, I just got a new HP latpop (HP is an abomination, you need to dismantle all the fugging laptop to replace the keyboard) that is strong as hell (12900k, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM) which supports the latest version of VMware so free stretch can be found in 17 but not 12 or it's just me trippin' (i have used Workstation 12 for over 3 years now and haven't saw a free stretch option) Also I stopped using VPC cause it doesn't support x64 operating systems nor supports Windows 8 and above

ahh i remember the days of being a windows fan i used to be obsessed with hearing the Windows start ups when i was younger It was nice being a windows fan for a while Now i switched to being into sky and Hatsune Miku and DDLC I did this change cause i lost interest in windows and started being more into fnf Introducing me to Sky and other characters But Hey if you're still a Windows fan and enjoy it That's good cause Windows is still a active community to get into Windows 7 used to be my favorite lol Anyway Be chill and love windows while i love Sky and Hatsune Miku and DDLC
