Hi Ally. Thank you as always. I’ve been practicing with you for awhile now. My Dad just had a lower leg amputation and I introduced him to this video today. He really enjoyed it. What is your recommendation since he is missing below the knee on his left side (I fast forwarded once we got to his knee)… I think these practicing will be highly beneficial for his healing. Thank you Ally This was beautiful. I felt much softer in my embodiment today and experiencing more nuanced feelings. It was great to be so deeply relaxed, in a hypnogogic space and be simultaneously aware. It feels like progression in the skill of yoga nidra today. Namaste ❤

I was a little bit tense trying to get some work done to a deadline. Now i feel relaxed and in touch with my essential self again. The work doesn't matter. My body feels loose.
