I'm so glad that Lauren got away from all this. At this point its sad and pathetic that no one is mature enough to let this go. She got away and has a better life. Heidi says there is more than this show. There is thats why lauren left. She didnt need the fakeness and the drama anymore. what happened to Brodys former statement to Lauren that he knbew for a 100% fact truth that it was Spencer that started the rumour. He was friends with with Perez Hilton and fed him the story, among several others. Perez knew it was fake but still ran with it. Why is there still secrecy around this, it's just stupid. Spencer has even said he and Perez started it..and then later on backpeddled on it. Like come on don't be dumb.

This is some BS to be honest. When you watch reality tv the number one thing is you want it to be real. entertaining or not. I get they reshoot stuff they said, or that they somewhat manipulate situations to have people show up to the same club etc...that makes sense. But to get on a tv show to create drama, start false rumours and mess with peoples real lives, have fake relationships and fake fights...that's just ridiculous. People can tell when it's just crazy and doesn't make any sense. Real chemistry between people shows on camera. Jordan and Brian stated that Heidi only ever wanted to become more famous than Kristen Cavallari and that's why she even befriended Lauren in the first place. Laguna Beach season one had aired when Heidi stumbled upon Lauren and recognized her and saw an opportunity toi befriend her and become famous. That's all Lauren was to her, a stepping stool that turned out to be such an amazing friend Heidi could never forget about her. Spencer and Brody only wanted to become famous and earn money so that's why they really ried to date the stars from the show. Spencer tried dating Heidi or Audrina, and Brody tried to date Lauren. Almost every plotline Heidi and Spencer had was fake, which is amazing considering they were the most boring scenes on the show. Spencer and Perez Hilton starting that awful sextape rumour about Lauren and Jason, Heidi and Brody knew who started the rumour and still went along with it. Lauren wanted to keep the show more real and more like Laguna Beach had been, But Spencer and Heidi tried to constantly amp up the drama with fake plotlines. Audrina had a real on and off thing with Justin Bobby but eventually their story turned more and more fake over the seasons and the last 2 seasons it's all fake that too. Heidi never worked at bolthouse, Whitney and Lauren and Stephanie never worked at peoples revolution. Whitney went to a real interview with Lisa for a teen vogue internship so atleast that was real. Kristens entire run on the show was fake. Stephanie came in trying to start drama just like Spencer, wanting to befriend Lauren for clout. Lauren wasn't completly innocent either, she went along with some fake storylines like dates that were fake when she in actuality was dating someone off camera etc. But overall it's a show that we percieved to be good when we were in our teens, but turned out to be very fake...and it's very apparent when watching with adult eyes. I wish reality tv was actually reality tv, it is in my country and it is many countries, but not the US. To be honest it's awful how Heidi and Spencer could do what they did, i'm not surprised they are still togheter, they are both AWFUL HUMAN BEINGS.

This isn’t about the procducers and how fake it was they always make it about Lauren. Stop hating her!

Both whit and audrina are so beautifully humble and kind women they were definitely my 2 favorite cast members i was always rooting for them!! Also anytime olivia was awful to whitney on the city i would be yelling and so upset for her i got very invested thank you all for your putting yourselves out there for all the fans entertainment!!! Spencer and Perez Hilton were good friends, Spencer came up with the rumour and Perez thought it was hilarious and posted it and added heinous comments about fake things from the video that never existed only to trash Lauren. Spencer also went around and pitched the story to other people, called people from Laguna to make sure they knew and could spread it along. Complete ass behaviour. All Spencer cared about then was to become famous, even bad fame is fame and he wanted to be famous. Heidi sacrificied her friendship with Lauren to be with Spencer and to be famous. Heidi absolutely knew, Brody knew..he tried to hold Spencers back for long but then had to admit when he was accused of being the one who started the rumour which was not true. Brody and Spencer originally tried to date people from the show just to become famous, that's why Spencer were trying to hook up with both Audrina and Heidi in the beginning to see who would be more subseptible but also to create drama for the show, it was all a game to him. Lauren didn't like the direction her show was going and felt like Spencers involvement changed the direction of the show and she started diostancing herself from Heidi alltoghter she was over their friendship already, guess she could sense that Heidi befriended Lauren with the hidden agenda of getting famous all since Laguna Beach. Heidi and Spencer are too similar, i have no sympathy for any of them. I would rather watch a true calm wholesome show than a fake one with drama. Perez was and is still disgusting, he bullied so many young people.
