Love how in this episode they all basically confirmed that the rumor Heidi and Spencer started is what ended Lauren and Heidi’s friendship, and yet in previous episodes they all acted as if they had no idea why Lauren couldn’t possibly be friends with someone as monstrous as Heidi. Seriously? Also, they are clearly picking fan questions that only pick on Lauren. Jason is all class - love him.

Lauren handled all of that with so much grace a lot more than most people would give her. She was a bit of a diva about filming for awhile after that. But of course Lauren didn’t want to film with them. Who could blame her?! The fact that she got to a point where she was even civil with her is amazing.

(besides the producer last time) It's obvious he "created" the rumor to give the show another storyline AND bring down the star of the show. When Heidi was actually on the pod, she openly talked about how Spencer liked creating storylines & Brody has said the same.. so why won't any of them just admit that he started it to bring more drama to the show and hurt Lauren. So it's was gossip... a really bad rumor that broke down a friendship and made the whole world chose a side! . Would be nice to have Heidi to actually tell her side of the story from an more honest perspective, since the idea of the podcast its to tell the actual the truth... but i think not everyone likes to be reminded how bad you behave. Because Lauren doesn't like him as a person, at first heidi and Spencer are not dating and somehow spencer wants to fake a storyline and Lauren doesn't like faking her show, but heidi wants to be famous at that time and go with spencer. And she dated him for real, but lauren thinks that spencer wants to be used heidi, Spencer and Brody admit it that they want to be part of the hills because it was popular back then when ( prince of malibu which spencer produce it). Spencer said in an interview that lauren is a cold hearted killer that wants to destroy them he and heidi, so if lauren throws a missile, he throws a nuke that is the game he played. I guess it was the sex tape rumor that is talking about. It was about fame and money. Specer in his blog or my space back then she called lauren "meat curtain insulting lauren's vagina" lauren's vagina is ugly" lauren is very vanilla. 8:11 Jen Bunney blamed Brody for the rumor because Heidi told her it was Brody. And I didn’t know Heidi later blamed Audrina but that checks out too. It’s not an issue of “everybody” blaming each other-it all traces back to Heidi and Spencer. This is not rocket science. Speidi told Perez, Perez told everybody else, Speidi couldn’t take ownership for spreading the rumors and started pointing fingers at other cast members

Totally the absence of Heidy is the reconfirmation that Spencer started the rumor of the tape. Obviously the producer already confirmed it in the previous episode. This was obvious forever.
