It was a bit confusing when Heidi said that the producers convinced her and Spencer to move in together only after they offered to pay for the apartment to continue to be in the show but then at the end she stated that they told her she wasn't going to be in the show anymore. Why would they agree to pay for the apartment if they had told her she was being kicked off? Contradicting for sure 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

We received the precise & utterly accurate answer to the ultimate question that's incessantly posed by the title. On the very 1st episode in which Heidi joined this cast, Heidi straight told us the answer--I'm speaking of the question "Was it real?". I've heard this group repeatedly say that "The Hills" wouldn't have lasted as long as it did w/o Spencer & Heidi, but I firmly believe that the biggest mistake was that Lauren should've explicitly asked that they'd get the boot, & I guarantee the show would've continued w/far less negativity.

And talked to producers about her new apartment and again we don’t know if she told Lauren these plans. Isn’t that harsh people? Then later she says “she not telling me anything that’s going on in her life, she doesn’t want to hear about my life.” Playing a victim and deflecting. The podcast is so much better when she sticks to things like how she convinced producers to pay for their apartment because that’s new info. Continuing on this Lauren rant is exhausting and at this point only makes her look petty.

This recap show should've never happened. All they do is try to re write what happened as if none of us watched the show. If they were not going to be honest and take accountability for their past actions and decisions they should've not done this podcast. Stephen's and Kristin's is very refreshing to watch because they both take accountability for what they did or didn't and seem completely honest about it with bashing anyone's past behavior.

At this point, Stephen and Kristin should do the Hills Rewatch podcast. 😂 Frankie and Brody aren't giving anything, and Heidi clearly hasn't moved past all of her issues with Lauren. Audrina is the only one adding interest and she's not even in these seasons as much. I was super excited for Heidi to join at first but she really changed the dynamic of the podcast for the worst. They all sound like mean girls coming for Lauren all the time. Season 1 was way better. 4 people is way too many to have as hosts too.

Heidi said she already wasn’t living there and was living with Spencer’s parents before MTV rented their apartment. I think LC was shady and shunning Heidi out but I also think she realized that Heidi was never a true friend. Just like Kristin Cavallari said, LC was finding out who was a true friend who who was using her. And Heidi was using her to, “be as famous as Kristin”.

I’m reading these comments and dannngggg The Heidi haters club is Real AF! 😂 personally as far as on the hills I couldn’t stand them, I think they are an extremely narcissistic couple but I’m also so freaking confused bc they say and even Brody has said Spencer’s personality isn’t what was in the show but imo there is no way that’s not somewhat him. I do feel like when I’ve watched Spencer now he does have this Jolly looking dad bod gentle bear like energy and it all just makes me feel extremely confused 😂😂 I find it hard to rewatch the show and take them seriously at all bc everything for them down to Heidi’s job is fake. And over the years the story has been… LC manipulated the story, The producers manipulated their story, and then you hear Brody say how Spencer is a genius basically and wanted to make a hit show and that’s why he behaved the way he did so in the end everything Heidi & Spencer said was a lie as well as their story line. They are just a pile of contradictions that I seriously don’t understand they make my head spin 😵‍💫 it’s like I have Speidi whip lash.
