I see you left the EGR in place. I am doing the same. What happens with the EGR up pipe from the exhaust up to the EGR? Does that get left open or did you have a block plate with your exhaust?

Do they offer the trans tune as well or do you have to get that elsewhere? I hear just tuning the trans on a stock truck makes a huge difference. With engine and trans together I hear it’s amazing!!!

Delete everything

The emission numbers definitely need to be looked at between delete and stock. If it’s burning that much less fuel it’s got to be as clean or cleaner out the exhaust. Here in the states I think the EPA need a to set a standard and let the aftermarket folks have free rein on these engines. As long as they meet that standard they are good, but I’d be willing to bet if they let the aftermarket work on getting cleaner air and better all around performance they’d beat the current standard and get rid of all this crap. All these standards seem to do is rearrange the pollution by the time you figure for the plastic jugs etc plus the extra fuel that has to be refined to feed this lower fuel mileage created by all this. I do think that coal rolling needs to be outlawed and dealt with severely if someone is caught doing it.

I have a 2016 6.7 dodge. Previous owner put a bully dog into it. Used to have a 2013 6.7 with efi live from armour inc. Does it make sense that the 2013 with efi live have much better fuel mileage vs the bully dog equipped truck? Same tire size same gearing. I dont see how this is possible unless the truck was lying to me lol

They wonder why guys are deleting these systems. Well, let's see....... 13k in ONE year to fix these junk emission parts that keep failing. That might be a reason, not 100% sure though. Smh

Sounds great. I’m going to delete mine eventually. Definitely need the muffler because I’m in comifornia. I’ve done the banks monster ram intake and the cold air intake from banks. I also replaced my turbo actuator with the city diesel one. It sounds great, I just don’t want a super loud truck because I use it for work everyday.

You guys need to just forget the diesel, I quit on them and went back to gas, way more reliable has plenty of power even after a tune. No need to spend 10k more to get the diesel and another 5k to delete it. $15k buys you a lot of gas

you needed to go over what the 2017-19 models say about the new bypass hoses im so confused with this part and it doesnt help that the diesel dudes didnt send me a pdf or a instruction manual for installation so all i have is your video i have now seen over 15 times.

That’s insane! I tuned my 2014 6.7 with the whole kit from diesel dudes thanks to you. I get about 13.5-14mpg. My issue now is that I am getting (after about 5-7 weeks after the tune) what I’ve been told could be “timing rattle.” Any experience with any issue like that before Dark Iron Diesel? Would love your insight on it. I have videos of it rattling I can share.
