Yesterday, I watched the Seven Kings Must Die movie after having seen all five seasons. To see this scene again feels so… well, I really can’t describe it.

The battle at 2:05 is the best out of all the seasons, it felt the most like one of the book battles to me.

It was Really Great To See Finnan & Sitric Hit Swords Before A Battle! Ofcourse We Watch For Finnan to Pray & Kiss His Sword, But those 2 tosting their Swords Was An Awesome Idea, Bravo. We loved it⚔️

Great books and potential for a good show HOWEVER, deliberately dumbed down and made to look a bit ridiculous and low budget because promoting Anglo Saxon English identity is a big no no for the establishment. The portrayal of King Alfred as a softly spoken university student weakling is a disgrace. Remember the Anglo Saxons completely took over the entire area of lower Britain and kicked the celts out. That takes an impressive campaign.

I can't how she change to two completely different person 😭😭. I hated her right from the start but I'm glad she grew to be likeable in the later seasons and even much likeable in real life. My sword are yours, Lady Eliza.

I Love the books, and the Series. But "The Lady of Marcia" & Uthred make me sick. She's too much Oh I Must Give Myself Up & He Was Grown When She Was Born! The Only Downfall is Her Being Too Young For Him & Her Being Ridiculously Silly.

The best scene of the whole ENTIRE last kingdom episodes. Both men absolutely dispiced each other, yet they knew they needed each other. King Alfred finally admits that he was wrong about being so wrong on some things with Uhtred, who is the only thing that stands between the Danes and Wessex staying Christian and Alfred's dream of a unified England carrying on through his son, with the help of Uhtred, a heathen.

She might be my favourite character in the whole series, other than Ragnar and Haesten, Eliza’s acting was *so* good, especially when her and uhtred are in the church having the one on one after Aethelflaed’s death
