Honestly drivers championship is not even a story, he's already too far ahead of everyone else to actually be possible for either Charles or Lando to win. However if Perez can't deliver solid performances, constructors is still very open, especially considering how consistent both Mclaren and Ferrari are with both drivers

Guys need to realize that this isna temporary drop off by RedBull that I suspect has to do with their upgrades that destabilized the car balance and is using up the tires, once that is resolved mayne rolling back to pre Miami they will be able to exploit the true potential of the car

I think the races will be more competitive. I don't think Max will fold or lose the championship, but any mistakes will be punished by Lando and Charles.

Red Bull was not struggling with the tracks but with the tyres. In both races Max was faster in the softer tyres and slower on the harder tyres.

I dont belive it is title fight we have something like 2019 season where one will dominate most of races like merc did but there will be two others in this case mclaren and ferrari winning couple or more races sometimes in a dominant manner but max will be champion if he doesnt get like 3 or more dnfs with terrible luck.

There is convergence for sure. Horner would be the first to admit that. However, a title fight requires more. Verstappen has been operating on a god tier level for years now, he will not be beaten by any driver in a car that is just equal to his own. Lando would need a consistent quicker car. And I don't believe McLaren has a car that is quicker than RB on most circuits. Besides RB has been in the biggest championship fight in years and are ready for a fight if need be. RB won't have the big margin they had on all circuits like last year. The margins will vary in the different races to come, but they will still be in RB's favor for most of them. But on occasion they might get beat when McLaren or Ferrari have a stellar weekend and RB doesn't.

The problem is the Red Bull upgrade effectiveness. If they couldn't find a proper setup in Imola is just a special case (they didn't test Hard Tyres), and they can find the proper setup in other tracks like Canada, Barcelona, silverstone...etc. Then I think gap between red bull and mclaren may be similar as previous GP (like China). Don't be so optimistic to say that the title fight is on.

After we all had to deal with the last 2 seasons of max dominance, now we have he closest 3 cars we have had in years. Lets stop complaining at max has the championship wrapped up and sit back and enjoy the show.

There is definitely a title fight on this year. Especially from a mclaren point og view where they have said the later part of this season is where to watch them
