Worked for 2011 Honda Pilot. It programmed the key to use the buttons, but did not program the spare key to keep the vehicle started. Update: I previously installed an Amazon remote start and this allows me to put the spare key in the ignition when the vehicle is already started (from using the lock button on key) but it does not allow me to start the vehicle with the spare key from engine off. It'll work for now until I get it properly programmed

Nice video on how the easiest course is not the best course. Never apply adhesive to rotting material. The only way to do this correctly is to remove the entire headliner. Thank you.

Someone else posted a comment saying that they got their's to work. He rapidly clicked the lock and unlocked button over and over and it worked. He got it to work on a 2019 HRV with a push start. Check out the comment from "eatmyshOrts" he just posted it a few days ago.

Good work my man, I have done a ton of n52's valvecover's, but today is first n54, process is very similiar but it's nice to get a good detailed refresher especially torque specs so i don't have to dig them out of inpa.. Thanks man 🔥

The first time I tried this on a 2007 Honda Odyssey van, I did it wrong. I was not clicking the lock button during the beeps. I had waited until after the beeps stopped to click the lock button and that did not work. I re-watched the video and realized I needed to be clicking lock on the fob while it was beeping. So I did it again and this time it worked! In my case, even though I heard the lock at the end it did not actually lock the doors until I turned the key to off and removed the key, and then the lock feature in fact did work. Key fob programmed successfully. Thank you!

The chemical have nothing to do with it. The baking soda and toothpaste are abrasive that’s why you get results. Do yourself a favor just buy a restore kit. Or break up the buffer and compound and polish them out.

This worked for my 2016 Honda Crv. We used 2 keys. The good [ programmed] one in the ignition and the one with the new battery [unprogrammed] in my friend's hand..she did the clicking on the unprogrammed and I turned the programmed key from the 1st to 2nd position. Thanks so much!!!! You saved me so much money. Apparently it's $160 at the dealership. 🎉❤

I did the same. The sunroof opened and closed. But still not working. If I hold it for 15s, it will open, so I stopped holding and the button just close, doesn’t work when I wanna open it.

There is a 2 part process in this. The first part is so you can open, close it and tilt it. Is to basically have all parts functioning without the automatic open and close. So no matter what the sunroof does just keep the button press. Remember you car needs to be turned on or ignition on With all "doors closed". It is very Important to have all doors closed. Then repeat the process.

The hoses are the outlets, correct?

Not completely. The upgraded outlets come from both turbos and then it connects to the bottom right (passenger side). This upgraded hoses are for a better connection from the oem outlets and ni restrictions from the intake side.

No it doesn't work. It is a simple procedure, just like this one, but the programming for the power window switch is different.

Great video! I'm very tempted to buy one of these covers for my Lancer, mainly to protect the wheel beneath it, but also for the look/feel although I was unsure about the whole installation. Now I know how it's done, I'm pretty confident that i can do it right if I take my time

Im positive that you can get it done. Must definitely take your time and will have great results. Separate a couple of hours, this project was time consuming, but we'll worth it. You'll understand every time you get in to your car and grab that Steering wheel. Pay close attention to always keeping the line tight on every stitch. Pull enough to keep it tight but don't over do it to the Steering Wheel Cover breaks. Pay close attention to that part. Good luck with your project. Let me know how it goes 💪
