You are giving out wrong information. No wheat at this time is gmo. Pasted from a google search: genetically modified (GMO) wheat in the United States. The USDA confirms that flour produced from US wheat is also non-GMO. However, unapproved GMO wheat has been found in the US in the past: 2019: An unapproved variety of glyphosate-resistant wheat was found in an unplanted farm in Washington state.

I have tried to avoid breads and pasta as much as possible because they are so bad for me. But having recently found Kamut grains I am going to make my own bread and pastas and that should make it healthier. Pleas do a few videos on making things with Kamut flour. Do make and teach us how to make tortillas with Kamut. I eat organic and grow my own garden so I can have foods that are not soaked in pesticides and herbicides. Am I being obsessive? Maybe, but at age 80 I'm very healthy and can't help but think healthy eating contributed to that. I totally avoid soda drinks because they ALL have high fructose corn syrup and/or caffeine. There are so many good drinks, why have that? I eat sweets occasionally. I just don't need or want sweets often.

RECIPE HERE FOOD NANNY PEANUT BUTTER PIE WITH GANACHE 🥧 🥜 Get ready it’s insane 😋 SERVES: 10 CRUST: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 1 package about 9 whole gram crackers, crushed (use a blender or a small Cuisinart) ¼ cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon sugar 1. In a small bowl combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar with a spoon. Press into a 9in. pie pan. Make sure to go up the sides as far as you can. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. 3. Set aside as you prepare the filling. FILLING: 1 8 oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese, at room temperature ½ cup natural Jiff creamy peanut butter ½ cup powdered sugar 2 cups heavy cream, whipped 1. In a medium size bowl using an electric mixer mix all the ingredients except the whipped cream until smooth and creamy. Beat in the whipped cream. 2. Scoop the filling into the graham cracker crust. Place in the refrigerator while you make the Ganache. Ganache Topping: 1 cup semi sweet Guittard chocolate chips 1-2 Tablespoons natural Jiff creamy peanut butter ½ cup heavy cream, heated until just boiling 1. In a small bowl or a 2-cup liquid measuring cup place the chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour the boiling cream over top. Let this sit for 2 minutes. Stir until well combined. 2. Remove the pie from the fridge and pour the Gnache over the filling. Spread out nicely. 3. Place the pie back into the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, then cover with plastic or a plate turned upside down. The pie is best eaten the next day. ❌⭕
