you havent shown most important part it was straight forward to connect the trailer to relay how you connected cables from relay to car wires ,??

Hi Lisa; First let me congratulate you on reaching 1,000 subscribers. There were some beautiful views of the surrounding countryside at about the 10 minute mark. Ratchet straps have always been a challenge to me, just when I think I've got it right I have to redo it. As far as the extra mounting holes and brackets on the front of the tractor, I don't know what they are used for, but in time I'm sure their purpose will be revealed. All the best, Ken

Hi Ken. Thank you it has been a lot harder than i thought to reach 1000 subscribers. Yes i am very lucky to be in such a beautiful part of the world now. Take care.

Hi is the hydraulic motor controlled by those bowden cable levers i see lying on top of the rapper if so is the lever set to the neutral position as they are adjustable kind of a stupid suggestion or is the hydraulic direction spool valve the other end of those levers bypassing oil so its still sending oil to the motor even if it was in the neutral position normally a directional control valve normally controls the motor so i would say id be looking at that first before condemming the motor kind of difficult to diagnose without seeing all the components in the system.i always rule out and check all the simple stuff before i go replacing expensive components like a motor it could well be the motor but id have thought if it was the motor you'd have excessive oil coming out of the case drain pipe of the motor and it was knackered internally i would have thought it wouldn't have the power to turn the turn table anyway hope you find out what is wrong with it and hopefully its not to expensive good luck and can you do a video on what was actually causing the problem its not everyday people get to see what goes wrong with a hydraulic system. 😊
@Lisa_Turner6 күн бұрын
Hi yes bowden cables go to the spool block. The turntable has the power to spin a bale to wrap it and does vary slightly in speed. The table can be rotated by hand when the machine is in use and when it is parked up. This makea me think that it is more motor slip problem than a direction control valve not centering. Also the table will turn either way when it is in the raised position to eject the bale. It usually starts to turn the opposite way to what it wraps the bale when the lever is released. I wonder if there is corrosion stopping the spool returning to the neutral position and something we can look at. I would like to think that when the wrapper hydraulics are disconnected from the tractor the table will be extreemely hard to turn, but it turns very easily.

@@Lisa_Turner if the motor is failing and it is leaking internally I've found sometimes that if you run the machine for a short period of time from cold the motor will get a hot spot on the casing somewhere where the hydraulic oil is getting past the worn component internally sometimes you can feel it by hand or you could use a digital thermometer gun or thermal imaging camera a thermometer gun are only about £30 quid off Amazon which would give you a temperature reading and would show up the hot spot where the oil was leaking internally obviously over a long period of time the whole casing would become heat soaked so this test is best done from when the oil is cold as it will show the hotspot up more easily as the gap in the worn component of the motor will create the heat as the hydraulic oil is being forced by a small constriction causing friction and heat case drain is normally high as well if a motor is knackered also noise from the motor if it's cavitating.

Keep it pointing up let's air into the can
@Lisa_Turner6 күн бұрын
So the plastic spout that the hole is in stays on the can when you pour the fluid out of it. This makes it difficult to fill jugs as the oil will go all over the lip of the can.

To let air back into the can . Keep it upwards when pouring
@Lisa_Turner6 күн бұрын
But it is outside of the can and cannot let air into the can if it is in an external position. It will only be possibly able to let air in if the plastic tube is left fully in and make it difficult to pour the fluid out.

Hi Lisa; I have found that some aftermarket parts are good enough for my needs and others are pure junk. It all depends upon who the manufacturer is. The price difference between genuine and aftermarket can sometimes be so great that it forces you to take a chance on the aftermarket part and hope it works out. All the best, Ken
@Lisa_Turner14 күн бұрын
Exactly Ken. Especially when you are doing swapnostics as everything else seems satisfactory for correct operation. Intermittent problems are the hardest to diagnose. Expecially when it is a squeal.

I can see the cause of the problem he's using the backactor with the front loader in the air anybody who's operated a backhoe machine knows when your using the rear digger you keep the front bucket on the ground to keep the centre of gravity low all that weight up in the air on uneven ground your asking for trouble he should have known better operator error.
@Lisa_TurnerАй бұрын
Unfortunately there is a wire fence underneath the bucket. This probably cannot be seen in the video but it is the reason the bucket was not on the ground.
