First, I hope you had a lovely Christmas and a very Happy New Year. Second, don't ever apologize for taking time to yourself and your business. A smart person recognizes that they need the rest and take it. You did what you needed to do for you and that is all we need to know. Third, I hope you have a fabulous trip to The States. I hope your trip is as educational for you as it is for the people that see you there. Fourth, as much as I have missed your mystery molds, I understand life happens and sometimes it is what it is. I hope you have found some truly beautiful treasures in the molds you have and I also hope you find another batch of molds like you have previously. The ones you found in that shed some time ago have been a goldmine of cute and fabulous pieces and it would be wonderful to see you get another large haul. I could see it being a great thing for your pottage as well as YT as we would get more mystery mold vids...win, win!! 😊 Lastly, I am so happy for your success with your shop. Your passion for pottery is evident and that always helps when a business owner is passionate about what they do and wants to share that passion. If people can't understand that sometimes you need to take a break and they leave from your content that's their fault because they're missing out I have lost subscribers because I will take a break from doing sewing knit crochet and other types of videos

Also be prepared to ship pottery kit home you don’t get acces to in Australia, it will probably be an amazing brake out for companies who haven’t broken into the market but if you do it privately then there’s no stress about being forced to try stuff you don’t want to.

I’m frome Canada and I always love going to a paint your own pottery studio so I can totally see how people whould love your business and I’m so happy for you ❤ I wish I could come paint some of your moulds are so cute and I’d love to have a full set of mugs and so much but I’m not at that point yet lol but it’s a bucket list trip to come paint at your place!😊

Shelby I do not think anyone could be upset with you about taking a break which was a WORKING break anyway. Love ya Girl. I would insulate the walls and the shelf it is next too. and you could put in a Vent hood Like for a Stove/oven, to remover the heat from the room. You are going to get Mobbed at the conference.

Personally I think you could do some type of pop up market. One of two of your staff could project manage it and work with a few other artisans and have something over a weekend in Sydney or Brisbane and I am sure you will get people to come and purchase your pottery

I was expecting you to have to step back to get the new business up and running! You should not feel bad, this is a normal part of growth. That being said, I hope to see you sometime. Maybe not every week, how about once a month to start with and see how it goes. Remember, you need time for yourself or you might burn out. It’s hard to balance life, work, family, everything!! Have you thought about adding on a kiln room, one with the correct ventilation? Most Pottery business I’ve been in have this for the safety of the workers and clients
