Everything you shared makes total and complete sense and you didn't come across as a drama king...I think we all crave to be seen, heard and feel connected. Social Media is a double edged sword. We think we "know" people but we don't. May I encourage you to give yourself grace and wide margins and keep doing what you're doing. l think you are immensely talented but trying on new shoes and re-inventing yourself is often awkward and uncomfortable. I appreciate your honestly, vulnerability and your talent!

Looks like you are human after all, and wouldn't be a dull world if we did the same thing day after day but there is something to be said for knowing HOW to do all those things. So, "Card Cowboy" gather up your gear and know that even though you obligate yourself to the one horse you saddled for the day, that horse can give you a different point of view and you now have experience in several parts of the "cowboy/girl crafting world". So be glad for that horse you rode in on but also ride out to the rim of the canyon once in awhile to check out the view 'cross the canyon. You might also enjoy taking your talents to "live" audience via craft expos and conventions. I have been able to attend a few and found them very exciting and you may like the one on one personal exchanges to go along with your current presentations etc. ID Maybe some card makers would like to know the ins and outs of TicToc, Instagram and You Tube and you have that. Just a thought to keep the spice in your life. Many of us follow Tim Holtz quite often. I personally like the short reels you do but maybe there's a chance for more details of the "how to" on You Tube. Either way, count your blessings because you are so talented. I like making cards because there is no end to the ideas. Have a good "gather" and we'll catch you at your next roundup. YeeHa!

I got a Cricut Explore Air 2 at Christmas time in 2021, mostly because my daughter had one and they were on sale at Target. I really liked using it to make cutout or layered cards and vinyl for t-shirts. I never tried the pen! I moved and packed it up and last year I got back into stamping and started die cutting. I mostly have used the Explore to cut my envelopes from old scrapbook paper to use it up. Using the pens looks really cool though so I'll have to try that out!

I use the Ad Tech tape runners too. They seem to be the most affordable at present as well. My sister ordered me a whole case of refills from Amazon. My biggest fear is running out of tape ! Use liquid glue too but not nearly as often. They both have their attributes. Nice card and fun project !

You CAN align the die in such a way that only some sides cut, instead of cutting on all sides.

Those numbers are cool (background). Reminds me of that really geometric art style.

I just did rainbow colors for a "chore chart" for who will cook and who will wash dishes in paleontology field camp. Last year I did the menu in red and blue, since we were out on 4th of July.

I like funny cards (I often do puns), unless it is for a really serious matter (like a sympathy card).

Boy, you jumped in the DEEP END on giving up control. Many crafters give their audience a choice between 2 or 3 papers, sentiments, stamp sets, etc.
