It really depends how many times a week you workout and how long for each time. Everyone is a bit different so it is hard to say, but if you are new to my exercises I would say workout 5 times a week for 30-60 mins and you will see some results in 3 to 4 weeks!

Using a fitball would be next levle pry cant balance lifting arms and legs at once but might try the rest that way ❤

Haha, it sure would. Maybe you could anchor it somehow between some heavy dumbbells!
