Single, detached homes should not be rental assets. Mobile homes arranged in more condensed parks, or multifamily buildings like multiplexes or apartments? That's perfectly fine, build more of those and rent them; stop buying single family homes and renting them out, put them on the market, and if you wanna hold rental assets, get the most value for your lot size.

A "CrossMod" is a Modular home that typically has a portion of the home actually built on site. This is usually an attached garage! There are 2 types of MODULAR HOMES!!! There are OFF-FRAME MODS AND ON-FRAME MODS! A chassis has nothing to do with the Modular classification. Maybe you should do a little more homework before you start talking about something you clearly know nothing about. A manufactured home is built to HUD national codes. A Modular Home is built to State and County specific codes whether it comes in on wheels or not.
