Lots of confusion in comments. If you want meat then go somewhere else. It's not like they are tricking you into thinking there will be meat and there is none. As for the price, if you cannot afford it then go somewhere else. Some of you think a vegetarian restaurant cannot get michelin stars. Absurd. 5% of the world is vegetarian. That's like saying since Italians are 0.7% of the world population, no italian restaurants should have michelin stars.

I went to Hajime and it tasted soooo good. I highly recommend to go there when you come to Japan, Hajime san was science student in Kindai university, so his cuisine has so many scientific elements.
