с одной стороны порядок вещей нарушен. в престижный ресторан где трапезничают люди не простые и не бедные, сильные мира, элита, теперь запросто может прийти плебей со своим телефоном и начать тыкать им во все, что видит. и тот факт, что он может себе позволить оплатить обед в таком месте ни о чем не говорит. в былые времена "посторонний" ХОТЬ С МЕШКОМ ДЕНЕГ не был бы допущен даже на порог... но сейчас можно оскорбиться, поднять вой, объявить себя жертвой...времена такие. с другой стороны, 98% населения планеты, имеющие доступ в интернет, имеют возможность заглянуть за завесу , хоть одним глазком посмотреть на эту удивительную жизнь. недоступную, немыслимую... ведь абсолютное большинство из нас никогда в своей жизни не смогут побывать в таком месте.

I was just there this Friday!! The food was superb, and the thing that really stood out to me was how incredibly friendly the staff was. One of my most enjoyable fine dining experience.

First of all to have Michelin stars you have to pay passing by sponsors… second in my opinion even if I know that there is a lot of works behind the ideas of a new great “ bite” or dish the prices doesn’t 9:57 worth . If you pay attention you pay more for the ambient and the services and the tools they use to serve you than the food cost itself. The food is really good in this kind of restaurants absolutely no doubt on that but what really make the price so high is the fact that to present this small dishes to you in that way you need a huge ammount of people in the kitchen and on the floor and of course your costs go sky high! Except when they serve you caviar or truffle etc the food cost is so stupid low!!!

Please stop cutting up your portions into bite size pieces all at one time. You are not a mother cutting up food for her baby to eat. It is considered poor manners and is hard to watch.
