Smallest that are maybe a pound fight like a 5 pound large mouth. River smallies go even harder. Will hit the lure and go right back to their spot and hit it time and time again. Cool little fish

All you guys keep killing these big stripers, there aren’t gonna be any left. Go to the lake and catch all the three pounders you want… Leave Willow Beach alone, or never lift those fish out of the water. Unhook them and let them go without subjecting their bodies to gravity. The first fish you caught swam off and died.

That trout coming out whole was sick. 😂 I don't think I have ever seen anyone catch a stripper that big before. We always caught them off the (NJ) beach and I don't think they were more than 12 pounds. Anyway, WTG! 🎣

Next time you fry some fish...grind up a couple cups of Saltine Crackers, mix that with the breading you were using here, and toss about a cup of Oatmeal into the breading as well. Seriously good brother, you should try it.

In the Chesapeake we trophy fish for striped bass. The record in my area is over 50lbs. I think someone in NC caught one over 110lbs. Absolutely a powerhouse of a fish and one hell of a fun fight. I like pulling the nuggets out of the oil then rolling them in hot sauce and battering them in seasoned pancake mix over top of the cornmeal batter thats already crispy. Makes a hush puppy crust with a nice crunch inside
