I love all your videos. Especially these where it shows us areas I will never travel to. My son has started fishing this year. Has really helped with his anxiety and depression. So I went on your shop and tried finding some fishing lures you all sell!! Have you all thought about making your own? Would love to find some similar to yours. I do think I went in your Amazon and did find one set. So I bought them. Love love how you all family oriented we need more of this. God bless you all.

Another great video guys I loved it. I never heard of the loneliest Road in America so that was really cool to find that out. That trout color was amazing and the water looks super clean and it's just a shame we can't see that kind of clean water in all of our Lakes. I found the history that you showed was so fascinating an enjoyable thank you so much for doing this . I also agree that the hotel has a busted door to where you're going to stay and glass everywhere there ain't no way I would stay there so that's a shame that they let that place go to that level without picking and cleaning it up. You should have posted the name of the hotel so it gives an incentive or someone could donate some money to help them out. God bless you guys I love your videos keep them coming and I have bought your merchandise as well. God bless❤

in 2012 I drove that entire route. I first learned of it while I was in Ely, Nevada the year before checking out the "Ghost Train." While in Ely I walked to the local Chamber of commerce building. That is where I learned about the Highway 50 route. At that same time I was given the "Passport book" and had Ely Nevada's stamp in the book. So a year later (2013) I started at Baker, Nevada, had the book stamped then moved West. I stopped at every town along the way having the book stamped. The last stop was in Fallon. Then I personally took the book to the County building in Carson, Nevada. Weeks later I was mailed a cool certification document (framed on my wall now) stating "I survived the loneliest road in America." I also received some cool Hiway 50 pins and a shirt. Was a pretty cool drive. Nobody on that road for most of the time.

I have driven US 50 in both directions. Stopped at some of the sites along the way. Lake Tahoe is my stomping grounds. Our family has a summer home on US 50 just over Echo Summit, at Kyburz, on the South Fork of the American River. The same river where Gold was discovered in January 1848, leading to the CA Gold Rush.

Outstanding video gentlemen, live in Lake Tahoe for Bout two years. On both sides is the state border. I would like to ask if y’all went through what looked like and old Naval base coming down or going up Vegas/Tahoe where there was nothing but some type of Submarine base and a whole lot of ammunition bunkers? Every time I would go through there a military jet would fly over to see what was going on.

Nice tour guide video. Felt like dejavu, seems like I've seen some of these places but I've never driven that road before. I did drive a north-south route when I moved from Washington state to Vegas in 2007, in August. Got out of my AC cooled car once for gas and was amazed how hot and dry it was coming from the Pacific Northwest. 😮 I enjoy your videos. Great family content.

I drove US-50 back in September 2005. It was hardly the loneliest road. I took a road between US-6 and US-50, and drove 75 miles before another car passed me. (To be fair, I did pass a small... town, I guess you'd call it, about 50 miles in...) Problem with the loneliest road, was it got too much publicity, and became a tourist attraction. We stayed overnight in Ely, it's the only thing you could call a city for a hundred miles in any direction, lol. Even though you were in the middle of nowhere in 2005, I could get high speed internet access at the Best Western. sigh. At the time, you could get a "Loneliest Road Survival Kit", and it came with a map. If you visited the six spots on the map and stamped it, then mailed it in, they'd send you a bumper sticker that you survived, lol. (The stamping stations were public spots, like Great Basin National Park.) Anyway, it was one of those bucket list things. It was a fun drive! 😁

When I was 16 I traveled the road that heads south to Rachel off of this highway with my brother. He hit a rabbit and it was a huge jack that took out his radiator. It was around 9:00 PM. I started walking around 11:00 PM. I walked for hours and around 3:30 AM a car drove by and stopped, he took me to nearest town and I made it back to my brother the next day around 1:00 PM and was the first car he seen since the guy picked me up. That road is one lonely stretch of America.

Gosh you guys what a great video except for the little noise makers following bits and pieces of the trip....you don't need to put the sound effects in your videos, they stand on their own!!! I really wish that you guys would take a trip to North Central Nevada and mine for OPALS!!! It is amazing digging through virgin ground searching for a beautiful opal stone!!! Please do a trip up to the opal mines in your beautiful state!!!!!! By the way I LOVE my new SCO hat!!!!!

I thought the sounds were a fun surprise as they never usually do that and this is a different video than usual. But to each his own and It's all good as they say!

We appreciate you too! I lived in South Lake for 5 years and Carson/Reno/Garnerville area for many more! Hope you had the opportunity to drive around the Lake. Magnificent. Emerald Bay is unbelievable. Now I am back to my roots. Idaho 💝

Nice video guys, I really like the petroglyphs, we have some here in Michigan. Sadly, they are fenced-in because of vandalism. Our native tribes don't know what the symbols represent, they are really old.
