Well I have a question when it says drug-related the last I heard on it it said you had to be a drug addict or a drug user well let's just say this whenever they arrested me that's what the arrested me for was possession with intent to traffic and resale dangerous narcotic but they found no drugs or paraphernalia of any kind on me or my person I was driving a truck as a secondary driver The first driver was in the sleeper He's responsible for the whole truck and everything about the truck not me I didn't own the truck The only thing that was found on my person was two single individual $20 bills that they had wrote the serial numbers down off of and that was it but by the law the word possession basically states that if in their mind they think that you had probable cost to know that's not the way that the damn laws written The law is written explainly that you're either guilty or your innocent now to be guilty wouldn't I have to be in possession of what they ❤m

I might consider Restoration Provisions if they restore truth in sentencing laws. No deals with prosecutors and judges. what ever law you are convicted, you do the time the law demands for that crime.

I wish i could hunt again, i just want to be able to use to a shotgun or mozzleloader again. I got a 3rd dgree felony for drug trafficing, cuase the cops used a snitch on me. I wasnt even a drug dealer, i will admit i was a user.

A drug felony is 90 percent of people with felonies, i havent been in trouble in over 10 years. But mine where drug felonies. I never had violence in my record. I grew up with guns over 20 years of my life and took safety courses and everything, then i got in trouble. Now i cant hunt, or protect myself.

I work at a bank as a armed security officer. they now have a no guns allowed sign. I tell the customers they have to return their guns to their vehicle or go through the drive through. Many customers are regulars and say I didn't know or see the sign.
