Can we realistically repeal the ATF? I just want a hush hush can, to teach my son (almost 1) and nephew (2yo) to shoot without blowing their ears out. :( Just to get them naturalized with the idea of a rifle that goes peew peew! Instead of have them terrified at the sight of one.

That’s false, atleast in Florida. You can live with someone who has firearms but they have to be locked up and away from you. If your roommate has firearms put up in a safe in his room, (maybe keeps the door locked too) then you wouldn’t get charged for it. I’ve seen felons get pulled over with people in the car as well with guns and didn’t get charged

As long as there is not state laws defining those as firearms then yes under Federal Law those can be possessed by a felon. Black powder weapons can be shipped to your door in most states and permanently attached suppressors on a black powder gun aren't suppressors.

Could you go into the law about CHL holders going into a liquor store while carrying? I've heard that they couldn't but when I read the law there are some exceptions that give me the impression that I could carry concealed in a liquor store.
