My return earlier this week as an individual was 48 hours! Shocking. Especially since I have 2 other suppressors in-process over 6 months already (normal ATF snails pace) via a Trust application. I’ll never do that again. Individual submissions always for me. 😊

Derek, great video. In your example of the client who failed to follow your advice to hold the guns in trust and would have been able to add a trustee by simply amending the trust (and moving the guns to the new trustee’s house to avoid the violation by possession), am I correct that the ATF doesn’t require notification there is a new trustee unless the trust purchases another Class 3 firearm?
