Hi Leah Thanks so much for your video for my stiff muscles! I’m 76 years old and it helps with my gardening and every thing! But I cannot sit cross legged with any strength at this point. Can you suggest an alternative position? Thankful Namaste Solveigh

Hi Solveigh! Where do you feel you struggle in a cross legged position? Is it your hips that don’t allow you to sit up, or is it challenging to find a straight back?

@@joeharrison1474 A bolster could be helpful, or even just sitting on a firm blanket or rolled up yoga mat might help to open your hips, but you could also modify the pose by sitting with your legs extended, either with something under you (bolster/blanket etc), or against a wall for support 🙏🏻
