I was really stressed out as my life was rushing out on me but this helped me calm my soul , relaxed my body & align my thoughts .

This was exactly what I needed after an extremely traumatic and stressful weekend. I loved the phrase “watching your body on the ground, feeling your presence” I truly felt an outer body experience as my soul lifted above my body and I just observed as my body rested 🤍

You say close your eyes but then say things like watch, and pick a point to focus on was super distracting. Fyi

With more practise, you’ll be able to focus inwards and watch your body without needing your eyes to be open 🙏🏻 Think of it as feeling awareness, rather than looking at something .
