I have an old injury to my left shoulder now my right shoulder has the same thing rotar cuff. I trued doing basic yoga but couldn’t get on the floor to do downward dog which I had loved to do before not so much now. Will this help the injury I tried it just now and loved it.

I have had surgery on my right lower back in my pelvic area. I think maybe arthritis has set in. Standing straight for long periods of time and walking creates great pain. When I bend over it eases the pain. Will these yoga poses help with improving my pain?
