Could you drop the spec for your integrated exhaust hood? I'm renovating my kitchen and I'm picking between Zephyr (which has an integrated model) and Fotile (which clearly works well for Chinese/Indian cooking but doesn't allow for architectural paneling intgration).

Whoa, 24 hours is too long, the meat becomes mushy with little texture. I did this and never again. Next time will be 8 hours.

The Abangdun description on Amazon says it only goes up to 464 whereas the Nuwave claims to go up to 575. Is this true in practice? Have you found the heat to be better controlled/have better output on one vs the other?

Thank you!!!! I was looking for something to replace cast iron, which is too heavy for me and I always overcome an it so it doesn’t ever cure. 😢

A cannabis tasting menu sounds horrifying… You spend an hour eating delicious food and suddenly you realize you’ve eaten like 250mg

I was making infused chili oil in Flint back in 2014! I used it in my dipping sauce for dumplings. My friends always loved it.

Bro, use distillate hash so the weed oil doesn’t affect the flavor of the food too much. Regular cannabis oil or butter made from flower tastes horrible, imo.

One of the best reviews of ANYTHING on KZbin. I fully expected it to be crap - as most things that are made to replace 2 or more other things.

My father made some of this and kept it going for 30 years before my mom left him and kept a smaller jar going. It remains one of the best damn things I've ever tasted in my life. She passed away 12 years ago and i didnt find the recipe again until 2 years ago. I'm so happy to have it back but this is the first time Ive seen a YT creator covering it.

The Press n Seal stuff lasts a long time! You can even wipe it off several times without it getting damaged, maybe a bit more sustainable? Mayyyybe? But hey idk, I put the "sus" in sustainable 😏

I wouldn’t use heat at all with such delicate ingredients, but I would be interested in trying to infuse it using a nitrogen canister!

I used to cook with my grandmother, and when she passed I missed her cooking and baking. So I started teaching myself from memory… after trial and error I was able to recreate a lot of her recipes and write them down. But, some of the most difficult to recreate are her desserts. She never measured, it was always by ‘taste’ or ‘how it looks’. I would love to see more baking recipes and tips from you. 💜💜💜💜
