Great interview! I am from Peru and good food is what we enjoy the most. Pan con palta was a staple for something quick and on the go ( and I am much older than both of you), and bread with butter sugar and cinnamon was another treat that we enjoy as kids . I am looking forward to new content like this! Thank you 😊
