Sat Nam, Thank you for teaching! You are one of a very few online teachers of this yoga stating what women on their moon cycles should avoid. Keep it up. What should they do as alternatives to the exercises they avoid? Many blessings.

I was suffering from a big tension in my neck and between shoulders. I tried many videos but this one is the best. When I just finished the practice I cried. I've had an emotional release and now I feel much better the tension became very light. Thank you so much for this it's so helpful 💙🙏🙏🙏

Thank you for sharing this beautiful practice with us. I found it hard, but I feel a wonderful lightness and hope now. Deeply grateful. Namaste 🙏 💛 PS - I also had the realization, whilst on the mat, that my dear Dad was full of vitality and he lived life to the full, so the best way to honour his legacy is to pick myself up and carry on.

I am totally new to kundalini yoga. do you have a beginner video where you explain what is it and how to do certain exercises and how to breathe?
@Onkartej3 жыл бұрын
Welcome to the practice! Hmm the closest one I have to a beginner video would be the warm up series. There’s also a breath of fire series where I give a tutorial on how to practice breath of fire. And a video on how to tune in. I’m actually in the process of putting together a Intro to Kundalini Yoga course. If you’d like to follow my Instagram, details will be up when that is ready.

Good morning and thank you for the video. I think kundalini energy is a positive healing fantastic thing. A couple of pay say it's dangerous is there a reason for this. I think it's more dangerous for me not to do it. I feel tired, angry, and fearful when I don't do kundalini mediation. I think the kundalini energy is the best thing going it helps me lots. peace and love
@Onkartej3 жыл бұрын
Hello Besty Music, you’re very welcome! Thanks for taking the time to comment. You’re absolutely right about what you’ve expressed about kundalini energy. Let your own experience of the practice guide how you feel about it. A quote about kundalini yoga I love and can wholeheartedly agree with goes something like this: Kundalini Yoga is dangerous because you can no longer be manipulated by others. I hope that makes sense. Sat nam

@@Onkartej Awesome, thanks! I've recently started doing the Pranayam for the Sensory self. Would it be ok to do this instead of Breath of Fire at the start of this warm up?
@Onkartej3 жыл бұрын
My suggestion is that you end your practice with that one. Breath of fire is a great way to warm up and prep the system as it activates Agni.
