* This kriya is best practiced on an empty stomach.
Sat naam. We'll be focusing on opening the heart in this session with a number of locks. Mudras as well as bandhas. Sometimes life gives us reasons to close and contract, these are precious opportunities to stay open and relaxed. This kriya works deeply on opening the heart cavity to allow for prana to strengthen the heart, lungs, nerves. It gives you a calm, assertive stillness to enhance the capacity to balance and stabilize positive, pure energy. Enjoy.

Onkartej, thank you for your guidance. I just followed your neck and shoulders kriya. My shoulders have been so frozen, strained and congested for a long long time. Your guidance has helped me touch into hope for opening up in the shoulder area, that I haven't been able to address for decades. Thank you.
