i always skip the presoak. skipping it means adding about an hour to boil the beansbut that's fine with me

Nice job, one tip, when using frozen vegetables, whether in a fried rice or a stew or whatever, leave them for the end so they just cook long enough to warm thru. That way they don't get mushy and they keep their bright green color. Great video!!
