Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Chicken Tortilla Casserole Demonstration
*The recipe is best when prepared the day before, or the morning of
1 rotisserie chicken, torn into pieces
12 corn tortillas, cut in strips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C milk
1 jar green salsa, medium
½ onion, diced (or onion powder)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 pound or more cheddar cheese
1. Prepare ingredients
tear apart chicken into pieces
cut tortillas in strips
grate cheese
prepare cream sauce (cream soups, milk, salsa, diced onion,
cayenne pepper)
2. Spray a 9x13 pan with oil
3. Spread a little sauce in the bottom of the pan
4. Layer 3 layers each of tortillias, chicken, cream sauce, and cheese
5. Put in refrigerator until ready to cook
6. Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted. Let sit for at least 10 minutes before enjoying
