He will walk away safely, although he may have to verbalize before a magistrate. A fair trade!

How can you strike and hurt a person who is fat when their fat absorbs their punches ? If you can think about it what would you say is the most harm a trained unarmed person can do to someone else I hear of military people being able to kill with their bare hands that's why I just basically want to know how to stay safe from fist fights and stay safe from real world violence and attackers this is why I like writing to you please give your best advice thanks!!!!!😊

A well placed and fast Solar Plexus strike just below the breastbone in the centre of the chest would drop him. A thousand sit ups a day will not build muscle in that region. Information for the good guys! Great video.

Not threatened, but my mom and I watched 2 drunks try to get in their vehicle for about 1 1/2 hours at a McDonalds's parking lot a few years ago. They kept falling over. Sad but funny it was. Merry Christmas to you fellas. Stay safe.

This really works for me in 70% of cases but for 30% real combat , I think real combat is neccessary were your slapped, taken down, in this situation you have make your mind calm and take decision, but that 70% is really work for me, i practise puches, head strikes etc, more aware of my surroundings, psycologicaky this gives me confidence while traveling or any were. Thanjs for that.

I say yes. Covid proved we could still continue learning, even with the gyms and dojos closed. Will it ever be perfect? Of course not. But neither is the dojo experience. Especially if it’s a big one. I think online is particularly effective for this type of self defense, that entails gross motor movement. If you want to learn something with complex movements that require alot of precision, that may be a different story. But if your intention is to survive a real violent encounter, and not pass a 5th Dan exam, I think this will work just fine 👍

Yes, as long as you've done something in person with hands on lessons too. But you can do it online only as well.
